So you thought about starting a business online but perhaps didnt know where to go.
People who want to start a business online can fit into one of the following categories.
1. They aren't sure but they would like to try. They dont have alot of money to invest in it but it should let them stay home with the kids
right and hopefully pay some bills. Should be alot cheaper then getting into a storefront business.
2. They arent sure about how it all works but it should be worth a try and they have some money that will be tax deductible anyway so lets do
it.
3. They really "have" to do something online because nothing else fits their circumstances but they dont know where to start. They also have
little to no budget to start with.
4. They are so busy they havent started anything online but know they need a corporate presence if for nothing else then to let people know
about their business and where they are located.
5. They think you can get rich quick online and are just sure its easy money. After all some guy on TV said so.
I can tell you the truth. The truth is that it can be done but it isnt fast and you may not even think it's that easy but it can be done.
You may not think changing the oil in your car is easy but if I just showed you once how to do it you would think it was pretty easy. But just
because it is easy and you could do it doesnt mean its fun or clean. Running your own business online can be just like that.
Here is a short list of things that can be intimidating.
1. Learning how search engines work and keeping them from hating you. Its called SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Depending how deep you go
this can be easy or it can be hard. Take the easy way out and promote your site slowly and in the right places and youll have no problem. I will
write a whole page on this subject later.
2. Merchant accounts. If you plan on selling something online
